Peter Greco has managed condominiums for 18 years. Peter graduated from Brock University with a business degree. Before working in property management he was a commercial lender with the Bank of Montreal. Peter left the BMO to work with a local property management firm where he met his business partner Nick Cannon. On November 1, 1990 he and Nick Cannon formed Cannon Greco Management Ltd, which previously was known as Cannon Management. Cannon Management had been founded very early on in the condominium industry, in 1974. Today Cannon Greco Management Ltd. has a staff of six, and manages more than 40 condominium corporations and 8 rental properties in the Niagara peninsula area.
Peter obtained his Certified Property Managers designation in 1993 and his RCM designation in 1998. Peter is a long standing member of ACMO, REIC and Golden Horseshoe Chapter of the CCI. Peter is also active in the Niagara Falls Rotary Club Sunrise and is a member of CIBPA (Canadian Italian Business and Professionals Association). Somehow through all this Peter found time to get married (for over 19 years), and has 3 children.
Peter became a board member with the GHC in September 2005. He brings a great deal of experience and knowledge. Peter helps represent the Niagara peninsula area, that makes up a portion GHC's coverage area. Peter can be contacted at his email address by selecting his name above.
