Our L100 course is being conducted at the Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty building in Kitchener on April 5, 2008, or at the Hilton Garden Inn in Burlington on April 12, 2008. We've listened to your suggestions. The Level 100 course has expanded to a full day course to introduce condominium living and the Condominium Act. The course is suitable for a wide audience: owners, tenants, property managers, directors, trades people and real estate agents. You'll receive a valuable hand out for reference and have the opportunity to hear and speak to industry experts in this fast paced and dynamic course. Pre-Registration mandatory. The Level 200 course is a 2 day event held over consecutive Saturdays. This course explores condominium living and the Act in much more detail then the Level 100 course. This course has been recognized as a necessity for directors, property managers and others in the industry that focus on condominiums for their livelihood. And don't be shy if you've taken it before - take it again. Many registrants have taken the course more than once to refresh their knowledge. CCI courses are eligible for RECO's continuing education credits.
