NEW FORMAT - FULL DAY

Attendees will be introduced to condominium law and administration, and the Condominium Act 1998.

This is an excellent means to find out what you need to know to be effective in managing, selling or acting as director for a condominium. The course is a fast, no hassle learning opportunity. It is especially useful for anyone interested in purchasing a condominium; who wants to understand what a condominium is and what it means to live in one.

The level 1 course acts as a recommended prerequisite for our Level 2 14 hour course.

The course is being offered in two different locations:

  • Kitchener - Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty on April 5, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    ADVANCED REGISTRATIONS CLOSED FOR KITCHENER - Limited Number of Walk Ins still available. Walkins must pay at door.
  • Burlington - Hilton Garden Inn on April 12, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
