CONDOMINIUM 2009 Condominium living is now the preferred choice for owning a home in Canada. Whether you are new to the housing market, or facing an empty nest, more Canadians are now adopting condominium living than ever before — making condominiums home. The Golden Horseshoe Chapter is presenting a condominium conference and trade show to show case condominiums on May 23rd, 2009 at the Hamilton Convention Centre. During the conference the CCI Golden Horseshoe Chapter will provide education for managers, condominium service providers, directors, owners and prospective buyers to learn all there is to know about condominiums. The event is being held in conjunction with CCI National's executive meeting - providing condominium expertise from across Canada. There will be three streams of concurrent sessions focusing on management, living and aging in condominiums plus help for buying a condominium. Advance registration is recommended. Throughout the conference the trade show floor will be accessible with dedicated time at lunch and between sessions for you to reach your market. In 2006 over 500 people attended this location, with trade show participants surprised at the interest generated. The number of booths are limited so please register early to avoid disappointment.
